How to Create an Online BreEZe account
The Board has an online system which allows licensee to manage their license more efficiently. Using the BreEZe online licensing system provides a fast and secure way to do the following:
- Renew a license within 24-48 hours
- Submit Address Change Requests
- Submit Name Change Requests
- Apply for IV Therapy Specialty
If you did not register on the BreEZe portal when you first applied for licensure or anytime thereafter, you should register for an online account now. Please use the link below to register an account on BreEZe.
