Out-Of-State Applicants
Manual Fingerprint Cards
If you live out of state, contact the Board by email at naturopathic@dca.ca.gov to request a set of fingerprint cards. Please be sure to provide your name and a good delivery address in your request.
You may have your fingerprints taken by a local law enforcement agency or any other business approved for fingerprinting. Some Livescan service locations can print onto the cards that we furnish, applicants should contact Livescan locations prior to their visit to confirm they provide the service.
